DELIVERY
UK parcels are sent with Royal Mail second class delivery in most circumstances. Sometimes I use a courier to deliver your goods which can take up to 5 working days - this will require a signature.
Free UK delivery over £30
£1.50 delivery for orders under £10.
£2.50 delivery for orders valued between £10-£30.
I aim to process orders the same day, although occasionally I may take slightly longer. For example, made to order items can take up to 5 working days to make.

RETURNS
I hope you are delighted with your purchases from Alice Millin Design but if not, I can offer a refund on most items as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns of made to order items. Please contact me if you wish to return or for more information. Please note, however, that I am unable to reimburse return postage costs. If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact me and I will arrange a replacement/refund.
